Yasmina Alexandra Nysten, a Finnish-Lebanese artist, was born in Helsinki, Finland. She pursued her artistic education at the Academie Libanaise des Beaux-arts (ALBA) in Beirut, Lebanon, where she earned a BFA in Visual Arts in 2009. Later, she obtained an MFA in Digital Arts, specializing in 3D Animation, from Pratt Institute in New York City in 2013. Since her graduation, Nysten has dedicated herself to a career in visual arts, primarily focusing on painting.

Nysten's artistic journey has seen her endeavor to translate this stylistic expression into a conceptual framework, allowing her audience to perceive thoughts with the same anamorphic quality as her artistic lines.
